Refund & Return Policy (Unboxing Video Mandatory)
At our store, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. To ensure transparency and fair resolution of any issues, we have implemented the following refund policy:
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video
- Customers must record a clear and continuous unboxing video while opening the package and send it to estoreadr@gmail.com
- The video should start before opening the parcel and must clearly show:
- The sealed package
- The shipping label
- The entire unboxing process
- The product condition after opening
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refund or replacement requests will only be considered if a proper unboxing video is provided.
- The video will be reviewed by our team to verify the issue.
3. Review Process
- Our team will carefully analyze the submitted unboxing video.
- Based on the verification, we will decide whether the request qualifies for:
- Full refund
- Partial refund
- Replacement
- Rejection of claim
4. Invalid Claims
Refund or replacement will not be approved in the following cases:
- No unboxing video provided
- Edited, unclear, or incomplete video
- Damage caused after delivery
- Claims made without proper evidence
5. Time Frame
- All refund or replacement requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
