Refund & Return Policy (Unboxing Video Mandatory)

At our store, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. To ensure transparency and fair resolution of any issues, we have implemented the following refund policy:

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • Customers must record a clear and continuous unboxing video while opening the package and send it to estoreadr@gmail.com
  • The video should start before opening the parcel and must clearly show:
    • The sealed package
    • The shipping label
    • The entire unboxing process
    • The product condition after opening

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund or replacement requests will only be considered if a proper unboxing video is provided.
  • The video will be reviewed by our team to verify the issue.

3. Review Process

  • Our team will carefully analyze the submitted unboxing video.
  • Based on the verification, we will decide whether the request qualifies for:
    • Full refund
    • Partial refund
    • Replacement
    • Rejection of claim

4. Invalid Claims

Refund or replacement will not be approved in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video provided
  • Edited, unclear, or incomplete video
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Claims made without proper evidence

5. Time Frame

  • All refund or replacement requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
